Data we process
To provide the service, we may process the image you upload and technical data needed to manage it, such as size, type, creation date, expiry condition and view count. To limit abuse and apply security measures, Efímero may process the connection IP address and use an identifier derived from it.
How we use it
We use this data only to provide and protect the service: temporarily store the image, enforce expiry or view limits, prevent abuse and maintain the security and availability of Efímero. We do not use images for advertising or create user profiles.
Retention
Images remain available while their link is active and become unavailable when the selected expiry condition is reached. They are then removed through the automatic cleanup process. Technical data used to limit abuse is retained only for as long as necessary for that purpose.
No accounts or email
Efímero does not require an account or an email address to share an image. We do not maintain user profiles.
Images and third parties
The person uploading an image is responsible for having the rights or permissions required to share it. An image may contain personal data about other people. While a link is active, anyone who has the link can access the image.
Hosting provider
Efímero relies on hosting and infrastructure services needed to operate the application. The provider may process technical connection data, including server logs, under its own obligations and terms.
